It goes without saying that many readers here have already bought, played, and beaten their copies of Pokemon Black and/or White. And it goes without saying that no Pokemon game is complete without its generation's Pokemon Tower, home to one of the game's only location of the popular Ghost-Fire Pokemon, Litwick. As it's been come to be expected, Celestial Tower is home to numerous, maze-like graves and trainers who mourn their lost Pokemon or pay respect to them.
But there is one Trainer who seems to stand out from the others. Perhaps you have met her, though casually glanced over her without a second thought.
She is a Pokefan with a single Pokemon, a level 31 Swadloon. Depending on the player's level or chosen type at the beginning of the battle, it is generally an easy fight and easy experience. But what makes this particular Pokefan stand out from the others is what she says after her battle was over. In the beginning she states her usual "oh look I has strong pokeyman we gunna beat u!", but once the battle is over, she loses her playful spark and announces:
"That's right. The Pokemon is no longer with me."
It's post-combat, so it's easy to miss, but it's undeniably there.
Furthermore, if you speak to her outside of combat, she says the following:
"...The Pokemon is no longer with me.
...That's not true. As long as I remember, it will be with me forever."
It can be noted that this trainer is also next to the item that gives you the TM Will-o-Wisp, which in folklore is often associated with ghosts and paranormal activity.
If one pays attention to her quotes, this Pokefan has left many to wonder just what exactly it was they were fighting against... Was it truly there to begin with? Was it merely an illusion? Or was it something more...?

I'm Home
A woman sits alone at a table in an empty house.
"All boys leave home eventually." She mutters to herself, staring at the untouched tea in front of her.
The woman sits staring at the wall for several long minutes.
"Please come home," She whispers to the empty house. "Come home."
The next day when the woman goes to check her mailbox there is a Pokemon already in front of it. It moves aside to let the woman through.
"No news is good news
" She says to the empty mailbox. "Please come home."
After she goes back inside the Pokemon looks at the mailbox again. And then it follows the woman into the house.
"Hi!" The woman says slowly. "Re

The Nuzlocke Run. I'd heard about it over Deviantart, and it seemed to be a fun new way of playing my old Pokemon games that I hadn't tried before. It was supposed to make the game more challenging and get the player more attached to their Pokemon
I decided I had to do it for myself. Nostalgic, I dug out my old Gold version from the closet, (since I'd never even consider the notion of erasing my beloved Crystal version.) The old cartridge was cold in my hands, but I felt warm inside as I grabbed my old Gameboy Color and some fresh batteries.
I didn't bother to look at the previou

NM Fuel - Never Forget...
I don't like being a bug Pokemon. I don't like being small and young. All the big birds chase me. It's really scary. But mamma says that she will keep me safe. I love my mamma. When I have a bad tummy, mamma always rubs it better with her feelers. At night she sings me lullabies; my favourite is 'there were two birds sat on a stone; one flew away, and then there was one; the other flew after, and then there was none; and so the poor stone was left all alone'. Mamma says I'll never be left alone. She and papa will always be there. She promised.
My tummy feels strange. It's all warm and tingly. The rest of my body is starting to feel that way

But it's very intriguing. I've been waiting to see something of Celestial Tower for a while now.
So what exactly did I fight...? Or did I kill her pokemon?
